The ALC.

Each office has an Associate Leadership Council. This is comprised of agents who raise their hand to add to their business and personal growth by serving our market center.  All agents are in the top 20% of production -- they are living out the systems and models of KW.  Our ALC leads the charge of the culture in the office, the producitivty of all, and educating others.

Our day to GIVE WHERE YOU LIVE.  Every year on the second Thursday is May, every Keller Williams office across the world shuts down and has a day of service.  We serve our communities in our red shirts and empower those around us to join us.
