Securing your license is an awesome accomplishment opening you up to the world of Real Estate. Consuming all the new information, laws, procedures, scripts and systems can be overwhelming - many say like drinking out of a fire hose.

Here are a couple of things we suggest you do FIRST to develop your skills:
Attend Orientation & Boot Camp
These occur monthly or you can schedule one with Jo. We review the in's and out's of Keller Williams at Orientation and how to get you started. Then Boot Camp goes into practical presentations of a Buyer's and Seller's Consultation and how to create a good CMA for your clients.
Complete IGNITE Classes
IGNITE takes you on a step-by-step journey to (for lack of better words) ignite your business.
You will learn directly from a coach who will take you from database building to writing a final offer.
Join our MLS Board
Being a part of a multiple listing services allows you and your clients to explore all the opportunities in our area and beyond. The board also helps certify your expertise as a realtor by providing standards and documentation that govern each transaction. There are plenty of educational services to take advantage of as well.
Mentorship
There are plenty of experienced agents who were once in your shoes- now, with a wealth of knowledge they are willing to share. No one is alone on an island here. We all want to see you succeed and be along for your journey. Having someone along side for your first consult, first showing, and first offer tremendously improves your confidence and your ability to provide an excellent client experience.
